What we collect

If you contact us by phone, email or through a form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details, and a description of what you would like to discuss. If you use the Request information window, we collect the name, phone number and email address you enter there, and nothing else. We do not use it to track you or to build a profile. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or financial account details through this website. That information is provided directly to the custodian through their own secure application when an account is opened.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to you and, if you go ahead, to help arrange your account with the custodian and depository. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Where you choose to open an account, the information necessary to do so is shared with the custodian and, where relevant, the depository. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are useful, and records relating to transactions are kept for as long as applicable law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what is needed to function. If analytics are added in future, this page will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, and you can ask to be removed from any contact list. Call (877) 885-7659 and we will deal with it.
